Demo nature of the project, donations, and responsibility
1. Developer community and demo purpose
Materials, interfaces, and processing pipelines on the site are built and maintained by a developer community for demonstration and research into image metadata workflows (including EXIF).
We position the publication as a chance to explore the technology “as is”, without promising specific commercial outcomes, third-party acceptance, or compliance with any platform’s rules.
2. No classic paid services; no unlawful incitement
We do not offer or provide remunerated services to consumers or businesses in the sense of consumer-protection laws on paid services to the public.
Site text and UI are not a call to break the law, bypass checks, deceive anyone, or act unlawfully. Prohibited scenarios are listed in separate documents (including Terms of use); we may restrict access on violations.
3. Voluntary gifts and dashboard balance
Demo features use a “balance” in notional units shown in US dollars for convenience.
Sending USDT on TRON (TRC-20) to an address issued in your dashboard is treated as a voluntary, gratuitous, irrevocable gift to support the project. Crediting the account balance technically gates demo use and does not create a duty to provide services, achieve results, or refund funds unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Network and third-party fees are on the sender; tax and other reporting remain with the user.
4. Access nature and user responsibility
After a gift is credited you may use the published demo, including uploads and processing parameters, at your own risk.
You determine lawfulness and bear full responsibility for how you use outputs, including toward third parties and authorities. The site operator does not guarantee permissibility for specific purposes and is not a substitute for your own legal review.
5. Relation to other documents
This document supplements the Terms of use, Privacy policy, and File processing policy. Special agreements or mandatory law prevail on conflict.
We may update this text; the current version is published on the site. Continued use after changes may mean acceptance within what law allows.
