File processing policy
1. Purpose
We provide tools for working with image metadata (including EXIF). This policy explains what happens to files within the service; it does not replace individual contracts or offers if you have them separately.
By uploading files you confirm you have the right to send them to us for processing as described.
2. What you send
You may send images and related data through upload forms, API (if enabled), or other channels indicated on the site. This may include file bytes and embedded metadata (EXIF and similar).
You should not send more than the chosen feature requires; remove excess data before upload when possible.
3. How we process files
Files are handled automatically: read, metadata transforms, and preparation of results for download or display. Processing serves the stated feature (e.g., view, change, or remove EXIF).
We do not use your files to train third-party models and do not sell files as a product. Technical processing logs (without storing full file contents unless explicitly stated) may be kept for stability and security — see the privacy policy.
4. Retention and deletion
The only image files we retain on our servers are those uploaded for the paid “Add EXIF” service (your source images and the processed deliverables for that order). They are kept for up to twenty-four (24) hours and are then deleted.
5. Security and limits
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No operator can guarantee perfect online security.
You use the service at your own risk regarding file contents: do not upload data you are not allowed to share, and do not rely on the service as your only backup.
